From operator to infrastructure
Driven OS was founded by Javier Torres, an operator with experience across insurance, real estate, fintech, and digital marketing. Before Driven OS, Javier built and ran multiple ventures including CloseLab, Swell Leads, Tidal Leads, WedFlow, and Swell Send.
After years operating in the United States, Javier relocated from Tampa, Florida to Muscat, Oman in 2025. The move opened a unique vantage point: deep understanding of US operational requirements, combined with direct access to the GCC market and its business culture.
That vantage point shaped what Driven OS became. We work with US enterprises that need sophisticated AI systems. We work with GCC businesses that need solutions designed for how they actually operate. The two markets are different, and our work reflects that.
